In an effort to get medical/health practitioners and researchers working in the areas of (i) maternal-child HIV management, (ii) pediatric infectious diseases, (iii) biostatistics and epidemiology,  and (iv) pediatric and adolescent medicine exposed to previous and current in vitro and in vivo studies and/or results -- specifically dealing with monoglycerides derived from lauric and capric acid -- lauric.org actively participates in a number of information dissemination programs focused chiefly on lipid coated virus (LVC) and lipid coated bacteria (LCB) research.  Below is a questionnaire/information submission form to be submitted by researchers to lauric.org's Clinical Trials Group.  Please fill out all relevant portions of the form and use the additional space provide below to make any comments or ask any questions.
